As this is the official online store of Metallier Jewellery, we unconditionally guarantee that every item we sell is 100% authentic and that the materials used are true.
Most rings and bangles are sold by size. Please click here to refer to our sizing charts for further details. A link is found on every product page. We have also provided the actual dimensions of each product for you to compare with your own body measurements. In addition, our customer care team can answer all your questions on sizing and fit – simply email info@metallierjewellery.com for advice.
While we have made every effort to display colours of the products appear as accurately as possible on the website, we cannot guarantee that your monitor or screen display of any colour will be completely accurate, as computer monitors and screens of electronic devices vary. Some products may also appear smaller or larger than their image displayed on our website.
All items are in stock unless ‘SOLD OUT’ is displayed. Please be aware that even if an item is in your shopping bag, it can still be bought by another customer until you have completed your order. If the product you want to buy is out of stock, please email info@metallierjewellery.com, to find out if the product can be made available or if the made to order option is available, place an advance order.
Yes, we do get fresh stocks of products that are sold out. However, as all our products are handcrafted, it could take up to 5-6 weeks. Where available, you will find a “Notify Me” and “Made to Order” link under each product. You can fill in your details and you will be notified via email once that item is back in stock. Please note that one-of-a-kind items do not come back in stock. Additionally, products listed as “Made to Order” can be ordered immediately.
We accept payments via PayPal, CC Avenue, PayGlocal, Razorpay, HDFC, Google pay, Apple pay.
For orders to be delivered in India, we also offer Cash on Delivery.
Bank transfers are accepted upon special request. If you are not able to make a payment via the above listed methods, please send us an e-mail at info@metallierjewellery.com and we will send you options to pay via bank transfer.
If you choose payment modes other than Cash on Delivery, rest assured that our trusted payment gateway partners keep your transaction details safe using secure encryption technology.
Online modes of payments are recommended. But if you are not comfortable with this, you may choose Cash on Delivery, and pay in cash when the product is delivered at your doorstep in India.

Additionally, for your safety and protection, we will confirm that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your credit card company.

For your security, whenever you request delivery to a new address we will ask you to provide new credit or debit card details (if you have previously stored them with us). This means that if someone guesses your password and tries to make an order using your account, they will be unable to do so. We can only ship to one address per order. If your order contains gifts or items required to be shipped to multiple locations, you will need to place a separate order for each address.
Due to the high value of the goods that we sell, we require proof of delivery for all orders. This means we are unable to authorize packages to be delivered without a signature and proof of ID.
Unfortunately, we are unable to redirect orders once your items have been dispatched.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours/2 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation of your shipping details and a tracking number with which you can track the status of your order. The dispatch of an order may get delayed if the ordered product fails quality check. In such an instance, we try our best to provide a replacement and ship the order subsequently.
Yes, we do ship internationally to over a 220 countries via our reputed courier agents.
All items are insured from Metallier Jewellery against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance.
If your box is damaged upon arrival and/or the seal is broken, we recommend you to capture an unboxing video of the package received.
Your order will be delivered to you in Metallier Jewellery boxes.
